Hovenweep Sheep is a small farm,
raising Navajo-Churro sheep.
Located in Pleasant View, Colorado, 20 miles north of Cortez, between the Dolores and San Juan Rivers, and on the edge of Hovenweep Canyon, near the Four Corners (where Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah come together), Hovenweep Sheep sells registered (and registerable) Navajo Churro ewes and rams, fleece, roving, and locker lambs.

Pictured is Luna, a 6 year old badgerface. Spring of '09 she dropped a ewe lamb and a ram lamb. Both excellent looking, both classic badger faced.
Note: Sheep are required to be 18 months of age before being registered (if they're younger than that, but haven't been inspected yet, they're referred to as registerable). We often sell them younger, but they're guaranteed to be registered or we'll replace it or refund the cost.
